Oh yeah im going for fit not ripped so this is a non issue. My life is about balance, I wont be able to play soccer or run well if I'm bulky.

I know frank doesn't understand but since childhood I've always carried huge muscle mass in my legs, like a sprinter. I think its because of playing so many field sports, but trust me, legg mass is NOT an issue with me.

I understand I played at the top teir of highschool lacrosse when I was 260 my legs are shredded haha.

When I played my highschool was ranked 2nd in the nation by inside lacrosse. Only team ranked higher was gilman.

I just got done doing legs/abs today.

Legs are by far the hardest workout, they are very taxing.

I didn't even do any cardio today.

I hate Mondays which is why it's my rest day
I go to 24hr and it's a big gym 2 stories and all the treadmills and shit r taken or broke

Just finished running a 5k in 23:59.1 avg 7.5min miles (personal best) with a 1mi uphill and 1 mi of headwind section, it felt solid. Hitting the gym tomorrow.

I can see my body getting a bit more fit each week. Its cool how in just a couple weeks things are noticeably different.

Did you guys ever try some of the unsweetened almond milk i told you about?

not yet maybe ill ask my mom to pick some up.

not trying to be weird or funny but the biggest difference i noticed from going from 260-180-190 was the endurance during sex. am i the only one?

No, ever since I started working out and doing cardio I've had longer endurance.

I was never fat, but I was just "average" sized before.

I forget where I read it but you burn a lot of calories during sex
