Hey Jeremy, How many gallons of dip do you think would be needed to do a X?

You're going to need 4 gallons to do everything including the roof. You should end up with a 1/2 gallon extra which I'd save for any repairs you might need to fix in the future.

Also, how do you do it (mask) since once the dip dries, you then risk peeling up the dip when the tape comes off. Thanks.

I used color matched vinyl on the edges where the dip and paint meet. This way the edge is protected and doesn't roll up if I brush up against it over and over getting in and out of the car.

Called up the shop?? I'm sorry we no longer have a SSP Location in Texas. Just call me directly, I'll be more then happy to help you out. Only problem is you CAN NOT Air Ship Plasti Dip....ONLY Ground. Typically takes 4-6 days to arrive depending on your location.

Call me if you have any questions - 443-636-0530

No worries bud, just hit me up when you have time. Kozmic Motorsports is a totally separate company.

You'd be surprised at the number of people that said stupid comments regarding me adding weight/slowing down my GT-R by dipping it.....
