I would say the ID1000's or similar since it's proven to be a very good aftermarket fuel injectors in terms of idle, drivability, cold & hot start, etc.

E85 I assume?

Just go with 1000cc in case you want to go with a larger turbo in the future

You should go with 1000cc+...stay away from Deatchwerks (DW) is my only advice -poor quality...RC Injectors (1000 or 1200) have a great rep and I will be putting in a set for my e85 conversion like in a month...My shop (RRE) won't touch DW anymore and have had some failures with ID (1000) and FIC (1100), so I am personally staying away from those, but they seem to be popular choices on this forum if that means anything to you...Also, I'd go with a Walbro fuel pump (what I am going with) instead of DW (same reason as injectors -quality issues)...GL!

FIC 1100's arent a bad choice either. A little e85/turbo down the road headroom.

I've had 2 sets of ID1000's. I had 0 warm start issues with one, but my current set has warm start issues.

ID1000's for me and I love them, best aftermarket fuel injectors I've ever used.

For a stock turbo on pump gas though, I highly doubt you need aftermarket injectors. With a Walbro 255HP behind them, my stock injectors were able to handle everything I threw at the stock turbo (more mods than you have listed).
