my latest top secret project

Fully functional, no wiring mods needed to the OEM harness. The shifter bezel i smoothed but cutting, filling, fiberglass, body filler, high build primer, sand, carbon fiber, clear coat.

The AC bezel area is not resined or cleared at all because of shipping issues. I used body filler and other things to build a bracket for the controls, and then smooth the sides down to meet up with the OEM curves you see on the bottom right. It's not a a finished product yet (hence the tape and missing gauge), but you get the idea

I'm really starting to love that 4HS weave pattern. It's kinda a pain to work with since it's very dense, but man does it look good when it's all glossed up. The bezel area will look like the console area when finished. The console also has top secret ikt additive for that shine. Okay it's a pinch of platinum pearl into the clearcoat.

Nice. Obviously you lose the coin tray and cubby. What about the A/V jacks, are they gonna be relocated somewhere or you lose it too? They kinda should not be that hard to relo anyway.

I have an aftermarket stereo, but that AV jack is actually a little pop out panel and could be flush mounted pretty much anywhere
