Kracka is like THE seller on the EF2 lol. I've already made up my mind the EF2 will be what I get when i upgrade, but i'm curious to see how this does.
I agree about the dyno numbers. BHP supposed to be 291 for stock, then 266, then that is like 5 something.... hmmm

Taking my OEM turbo off in the next couple of days, will take my time installing it over Christmas, then do some low boost (20psi) runs to check for knock and AFR's then trundle over to my tuner to get it mapped! Keep ya posted, will be first customer car in UK!
Be end of Jan now, pulling the trans in the next few days as well to install 500hp SSP plates!

Turbo's off now, bit of a glitch with my Ultimate Racing turbo elbow, it's split between the 2 big holes on the flange that mates to the turbo.....
Halfway through taking out the trans to fit SSP 500 plates too!

New tubby is here! Gearbox out now, just waiting for the SSP parts to arrive so I can build it, get it back in and fit the new turbo, theres loads more room to do the gearbox job with the turbo off, so quite handy really!

I know I keep thinking I should do my clutch while my turbo is out with all that extra room.

Definitely update once you have the numbers and driving impressions. I'm leaning towards this direction rather than the EF2.5 but I want to hear first hand impressions before plunking down the cash.

Some thoughts... I'm on E85 now (stock block.) With this turbo my guess is I could do a detuned E85 map (keep the torque ~400) and a 91 octane map with similar numbers. Theoretical, of course.

In the process of ordering this turbo atm through fp - will be matched with a larger cooler, works bov and swapping out my cobb inlet pipe for the 3" version

I have full bolt ons with stock turbo and looking for a bit more power while still managing safe torque for stock internals and no slip on oem sst clucthes. My car has gone from stock 207awhp to 315awhp (our dyno's in Australia read much lower than US). A local tuner has already ran this turbo and based on his results I should be looking at around 350awhp

After considering the various EF's and FP's and running google at wot for info, ive chosen this turbo mainly because of the oem r&d and thus all the reliability that comes with such a large manufacturer
