thanks to this guy, I dropped $120 on sound deadener. Considering I'm sponsoring the carbon on this car too (almost done btw), this thread just costs me more and more money.

Now I want suede!

Buy mine ikt

And I meant sleeves on the engine.
After my engine build I think it's time to switch up my interior for darker alcantara.(matched the MR's suede color).

Can't wait to see what parts ikt whips up for you.

Yes, I will be sleeving it when it comes time to do it... It just makes sense to do it... The material I used is almost a perfect match to the OEM suede on the seats

ahh this thread is amazing. I got started with this in the summer but it's just far too cold in my garage to work on the inside during the winter in Canada.

sub'd for sure. I've wrapped my pillars in suede with the same 3M adhesive, and I found that you have to let the dry for a long time in warm temperatures, or the glue shrinks and leaves creases. I found out the hard way as I put them in my car after only 3-4 hours and they creased in a few areas. Luckily i used the gfs hair drier to warm it up and just pressed them in.
