yeah i dont think it's going to get big here either. however i have seen it in niagara falls once - perhaps because of the proximity to the border.

I was thinking if we can't get E85 here, perhaps I could just add a can of octane boost to each tank of 94 chevron, that might bump the octane number up a couple of digits..

Octane booster doesn't make a huge difference. If your hell bent on getting less chance of detonation, get a water meth kit installed.

I've been told by my tuner to seek out a "good meth kit" if I wanted more Powa. I am seriously considering the tephra mod and aquamist connect, but iam worried the wife might snap at me.

I don't know much about meth kits, I'll have to educate myself on how it works..

Well my car is being built. I'm in Toronto and I'll be using the AEM 5 gal water/meth setup

Car will be tuned on 91 pump and then 93/meth.

M1 methanol is being used and it's available at JRP on saga for 400$ for a 55gal drum. Cheappppp

I believe the 1-5 gal jugs are also available for like 8-12$

Kozmic is tuning the car in Texas, and it'll be usin tephra mod to dual map switch etc

I guess if the aem is set up by the right people it can be as safe as the next kit. To be honest all the nozzle sizing and calculations for meth injection have me boggled. Also im worried i would screw up the nozzel locations and not achieve proper atomization. But as you mentioned meth is readily available so maybe you could share your setup when your car is back Texas and I'll but a kit. Are you still using an fpred ?

I'd be thrilled to see 93 in NL, let alone E85 :S

It's meth or deal with crap gas for us.
