Gasket for turbo elbow?

Had an Ultimate Racing turbo elbow on my MR for 10 months now, took it off to change the turbo and the thing has split and bulged at the thinnest point between the waste gate hole and the outlet hole....
Thing is, the stock gasket is just sealing around the perimeter of the oem elbow as it's one big hole like the AMS widemouth, with a twin hole design like the UR, surely it needs sealing between the 2 big holes as the gasket isn't there to seal, there is a gap there equivalent to the thickness of the gasket which must lead to transfer of gases......
I'm thinking that the gap here was contributory to the pipe failure, is there an aftermarket gasket to suit?

As you can see, split all the way through!
Pretty sure the gasket configuration has something to do with this.........

Oh wow. I thought you meant the gasket. This is the actual dp that split. You need to buy another dp.

at least its after the turbo, any serious damage here wont mangle the rest of your hardware. Sucks, i would talk to UR, see what they say. maybe they'll help you out on a new one.

that looks bad , the cracking could be from the flange not lining up with the turbo flange, the exhaust flow putting pressure on the center piece/weld.

Exhaust flow isn't going to hurt the flange, what caused that was either poor material, poor craftsmanship, or both.

At first I suspected impurities in the metal, but the flange, pipe, and whatever weld seam that is? Maybe the combination of heat and some improper torquing? Yikes.
