Only if their intake isn't supported, but its not a good idea.

ok another question i was looking at the notes for the maps on cobb's website will it be ok that i have an actual hks intake bc on the notes it says for a drop in they dont have anything for an actual intake

ok so i put that map in and it gave me a horrible idle sound that was extremely loud that didnt go away it sounded like there was a hole that air was getting pushed through like ch ch ch ch lol i dont know else to describe it but it def ran good guess ill just have to wait for a tune

first time running an intake? it will be much louder than the sotck airbox, in any case tho you need to have that maf scalled if it isnt supported.
