A 3rd Gauge

The reason for the "3rd" gauge title would be because I find that most people talk about the necessary Boost and Air/Fuel gauge. But after that it seems most people go with pressure, tempature or something else. So to all the experts out there what would be the best option for a 3rd gauge. Obviously there are differnt types of drivers and driving courses, so what would be the best for the following or is there just another unanimous gauge?
(Try to keep to only one Gauge, but if you belive another is important please post it)
Road Course
Auto X
Drag

if youre going to be road racing/auto xing maybe consider an EGT as well?

Oil pressure is by far the 3rd gauge you need, EGT or oil temp could be the 4th?

My CP-E holds Boost / AFR / Oil Press

These three will let you know if something is starting to go badly wrong.
To be honest your first indication will usually be a power drop, odd noise, or maybe even a smell. Get any of those and your eyes should immediately go to these three gauges to see if you have secondary indications of a developing problem.

Going slightly off on a tangent, how useful are the gauges(boost, air/fuel/oil pressure..etc) if you are just mainly daily driving with minimal mods? Is it one of those things where its good info to have regardless?

yes, too many things can go wrong even when youre driving civily. if your car goes lean and you dont realize it can be big trouble. same with oil pressure and overboosting. always a better idea to know whats going on with your car than to get that extra power mod. can and has saved people hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
