The two vendors listed above are currently suspended as vendors from EvoXForums. Their status will be reviewed at a later time once this has all been worked out.

If you have any questions for said vendors, please contact them directly. VerticalScope (and EvoXForums, as a result) is not involved in any transactions between members and vendors on sites. If you have made a purchase from said vendor and have a question on status, refund, or otherwise, please contact the vendor off-site for next steps.

How do people contact them if they can't PM them on here?
Is there a way to allow them to get their PM's or have the email link in their contact section forward messages to them?

How about the admins publish the two members email addy's and then wash their hands clean of this.

Will do..it's the future issues I'm more concerned with. I don't for see alot of issues like this happening again, but if it does then everyone seems to be on their own from here on out.

What kind of assistance can we expect with vendor problems from here out?
On evom, you can expect a moderator to jump in on a vendor dispute thread immediately and try to help.

I'm just saying this is really a great opportunity to gain member loyalty, and it couldn't be at a better time.
