I don't know much about bugatti's but I do know that the GTR is very aerodynamic. May not look it, but it is. Veyron's are also very heavy. But I'm just stating obvious facts here.

I could be totally wrong
But are there not 2 different types of aerodynamics? Straight line and around a corner? Wouldn't the gtr be more formed for cornering instead of straight line speed?
For example. How many people put a big wing on their car and go drag racing with it?

Just looked it up, the veyrons aerodynamics are limited by the cooling the engine needed. The GTR has a lower drag coefficient.

I could think of a few cars that would do even worse to the GT-R then what its doing to the Veyron.

Stock Veyron's aren't that fast. They are only mid 140 trap cars. This GT-R is probably a 155-160 trap car.

An Alpha 12 would have no problem putting busses on a Veyron.

Yeah I know, but still the Veyron needs a ridiculous amount of space to hit 250mph.

Just too heavy and down on power to catch an Alpha 12 GT-R.
