Sorry to hijack, but I have been thinking of getting this turbo for my MR. I dont have crazy power goal, but would you recommend the 71HTA over a green, red or black? Im looking for the best/safest turbo for a stock block.

all of the turbos above would be safe on a stock block with jon tuning the car. you just need to figure out what kinda of power you want and how fast you want it to be delivered.

Thanks man, Im looking for upper 300 for hp. Id like to keep it safe so what ever turbo can be tuned to keep the torque at bay would be my choice. The 71HTA looked like one of the smaller upgrades and with my power goals I thought it would fit.

Thats what I was recommended after I asked people about getting the 71HTA. Would you say the ef3 would be better for the block?
