Boasting a new exterior design, the 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage GT has been unveiled at the 2015 L.A. Auto Show.
The updated Mitsubishi Mirage GT will be available at dealerships starting spring 2016, offering the same impressive fuel economy and attractive pricing the model has become known for. Headlined by a fresh new look, the Japanese automaker gave the Mirage GT a redesigned hood, grille, front and rear bumpers, fog and head lights, rear spoiler and wheels. The exterior changes weren’t just to make the Mirage sportier and more attractive, Mitsubishi took the opportunity to improve its aerodynamics to maximize fuel efficiency while reducing weight.
Under the hood, the hatch will retain the 1.2-liter three-cylinder engine with 78 horsepower and 74 pound-feet of torque. Fuel economy figures haven’t been announced yet for the new model, but the current model returns up to 37 mpg in the city and 44 mpg on the highway.
Looks like dated model of Accent. And shown model is probably the top of the line - lower models will have different headlights, less chrome, unpainted mirrors and no fogs.
Better release a new Lancer and compete with sedans.
Where is the selling point? It might be worthwhile if it only cost around $5000. But $13K? give me a break!
