roganluo When you complain to the credit card company, they should give you a credit and submit to vendor a request for their side of the story. If credit card company gets no response from vendor, you win!

I'd give up on the order and fight w/your credit card co. Dispute the charge and claim fraud because you paid for products never delivered. How long have you been waiting to hear back from the CC folks? They are usually pretty quick about things.

So I ordered this kit the day before Thanksgiving this past November. The guy still hasn't responded to any attempt to contact him. I am in a complete catch 22 because I tried to get my credit card company to cancel the transaction and they said they are waiting for a response from the vendor! So I am getting scammed twice. Once hy the vendor and once by the credit card company. Luckily I bought the kit off a friend of my tuners.
