We are looking for a safe DD and a Race Tune.
I hope we can get near 400ish on pump gas on a heartbreaking MUSTANG DYNO.

We will be using TephraXMOD - Evoscan.
Is going to be tuned locally by “BOMBER Tune”

First 103 miles. Engine runned perfectly.

Fucking abs sensor are oscillating. We need to check if we invert them or one is failing. Fuck it a minor problem.

Been driving 4 hours in traffic, 3 cops stopped us bc od suspicious slow speed mother fuckers.

Anyway things are rolling, thats what matters.

Evo doing good we did a compression test each cylinder was a solid 130 across the board cold. ~5 when hot.
Good thing is that they are exact in each cylinder. Adapter for pressure gauge could be leaking out but since all are exact im not worried at all.

All even.

Changes spark plugs because cobb access port says Misfire in cylinder 1. We need to see what the fucks up. We are ready for the tune as soon as i get this cleared.

Hopefully engine is running healthy (for now lol).

Mustang dyno might take a while if i need to import all parts to clear this shit out.

Minor new problems.
Exhaust leaks will prevent tuners work until we get that solved. Seems we have a hole somewhere in the exhaust pipes(downpipe).
V Band exhaust clamps will be used this time.

After plenty of WOT pulls Hollywood X tune still holds up very well.
We where doing 25 psi on a 28 psi map so car should be full of boost leaks we should fix that too.

Still a decent fast Evo but stinks like a gas skunk. Carbon monoxide leaks doesnt make me wanna drive it spirited as usual.

At least engine is strong, cylinder compression is good uniform across the board so minor problems ahead and a trip to the US that will set me back until the 26th of Feb.

Finally, yesterday we deleted Cobb flash and intalled ThephraXMod.
Map made from scratch by Bomber Tune.
We whent road tunning for a while. Car runs smother.

The Evo now is with a very conservative tune to log a bit more after we fix some exhaust leaks that are still present.
Could be header, downpipe gasket or flexible etc i need to clear that out before tunning on the dyno.

A quick pull in second gear threw 328whp/ 250lb peaking 19-20 psi on vDyno.

Lets see what happens after we fix the leaks and full boost.

This month we should be on the Mustang.
350-370whp mill be the goal my DD.
We know we can push it harder but no need for this application.

(Until i get bored and change turbo, upgrade transfer, e etc )

Oxygen sensor blown.
New one on its way.

Exhaust leak was on turbo base. Was a bit croocked. Its being shaved right now.
It will fit perfectly so one big problem out.
We will have better spook for sure.

Turbine and housing is im perfect condition so turbo still strong ( actually has less than 5000 of work) and couple of years back MAP send us an EF2 housing with stronger alloy since original cracked.

That's really awesome man I can't wait to see how this turns out. I'm doing a very similar build on my Evo X over at Kozmic Motorsports. I'd love to know what kind of numbers you end up putting down.

Hmm, didn't you guys notice he has not updated for an entire year? LOL
