Built a boost leak tester today, decided to just remove the MAF and hook it up there instead of onto the turbo (I told myself it was for thoroughness, not laziness). Glad I did, the HKS BOV (recirculated) was leaking like a sieve. Replaced it with the stock BOV and there were no more leaks.
So in summary, House M.D. was right, it was not a compound failure, it was a compound fix. Because it didn't build boost with both BOV's at first. So, I believe that somehow, one of my stock Wastegate Solenoids went bad, and I switched to the 3-port AND the HKS at the same time, and missed an error.
I really should start diagnosing and fixing problems one variable at a time.
Thanks for all the help guys!
