Oil in recently purchased oem turbo

Hey guys, I don't post very often if ever but I need some expert mind-easing. I am replacing my 125k turbo with a used oem turbo (20k). I just got the new used turbo yesterday so I took off the exhaust outlet mani to check out the blades/shaft, turns out there was a bunch of oil in there. I assume this is from being stored and moved around a lot and the remaining oil just kind of leaked everywhere, at the same time I am concerned I am going to install a leaky turbo. Any experience or advice with this? Oh, shaft has no play, blades spin freely. Thanks for any help!

I know that turbo seals leak very little until car is warmed up. I have no idea if that oil is just left over . To be safe you can send it out and have all seals checked
