4B11T head on a 4B11 N/A block

Hey everyone, does anyone know if you can bolt the EVO 4B11T head onto the 4B11 N/A Lancer block? Im about to do an experiment but I need to know if the fluid galleries in the 4B11T head all line up with the 4B11 N/A block in the Lancer. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

Also, is the exhaust manifold pattern on the 4B11T and the 4B11 N/A cylinder heads the same? Basically, are the exhaust manifolds interchangeable?

They are not. The 4B11T head has an extra galley (I think it's for oil) in it. You can clearly see it if you compare the head gaskets. You might be able to block that off and be ok, but don't quote me on that.

As for the exhaust manifolds, they are interchangeable. The bolt pattern is the exact same, however the N/A block has half of the studs the 4B11T has. I've confirmed this first hand.

Thanks a lot for the feedback. I really appreciate it.
