It depends. I just sold mine in immaculate condition with 117k miles on it. Even no rock chips on the front. Depends on how owner took care of the car so look for service history and see if there were any modifications and what they were.

Yeah, it all depends. Mine has about 107xxx GSR and it has not given me any problems, but then again I don't drive it like i stole it and with our cars, its very hard to not drive it that way, you just want to go go go. I can't really say much about the sst version, but it usually comes down on how the owner used and maintained the car. Also make sure to give it a test drive before purchasing if possible. Good luck.

That *looks like* a pretty sweet deal. My advice, as someone who thought he was getting a great deal when buying an Evo last June - have at least half that much sat aside for repairs and upgrades that you'll find you want to do quickly. Worst case scenario, like mine, you run into all sorts of unforseeable problems or prior issues that were masked by the previous owner or dealer, like having to rebuild or replace the transmission, transfer case, CV boot bands, brake booster and master cylinder, battery, stereo head unit, etc, and spend money on a few extra necessary tools, as well as any personal mods you want to do. Best case scenario, the car's actually in perfect shape (NICE!), and you have money in the bank to pay for any upgrades that might strike your fancy or pay down a loan (if you've taken one). Either way, better safe than sorry!
- a guy who's sorry, and spent as much fixing his new car as he spent to buy it lol

As long as you do your due diligence and find out how the owner treated and if they have a proven service record sounds like a good find.
