Ordered Blueflex flex fuel kit the day before Thanksgiving... Still nothing

So I ordered this kit the day before Thanksgiving this past November. The guy still hasn't responded to any attempt to contact him. I am in a complete catch 22 because I tried to get my credit card company to cancel the transaction and they said they are waiting for a response from the vendor! So I am getting scammed twice. Once hy the vendor and once by the credit card company. Luckily I bought the kit off a friend of my tuners. If anyone knows how to get in touch with the owner of that company I'd greatly appreciate it.

I'd give up on the order and fight w/your credit card co. Dispute the charge and claim fraud because you paid for products never delivered. How long have you been waiting to hear back from the CC folks? They are usually pretty quick about things.

When you complain to the credit card company, they should give you a credit and submit to vendor a request for their side of the story. If credit card company gets no response from vendor, you win!

Just figured I'd update this because the site l is no longer available and it's been over a year now, you would have thought the card company used would be on my side and returned the money by now. I have called half a dozen times and Noone had any time frame. All they said was that they were waiting for a response from the merchant.. And all a long Im being charged interest, ridiculously high interest actually because the credit card company I chose to use is a fucking joke. Lesson learned never get a credit card from credit One. I refuse to pay this money and my balance just keeps getting higher but I do not care because I am going to complain to the CFPB and I am pretty confident that they will be on my side.

This is the stupidest thing I have seen this month. You are going to let your credit go to crap for a couple hundred bucks? lol

that sounds so dumb. If you never got the product. you should be able to contact Credit 1 and let them now and file a claim and you will not have to pay that.

i have the same card and had no issue doing the same thing when i didn't get a laptop i ordered. i was not changed any interested. but i also filed the claim within 30 day of the purchase. not sure how long you waited.

Jason Carberry stopped making those in 2017, and burned up any inventory he had for them. I was going to pick one up but they were discontinued when I inquired.

I'm not sure why the site still has his product listed for sale.
