i am very upset with my gas mileage. I don't even have 500 miles on my car yet. SO what do you see for total miles when u are gonna fill up and about what is your average fro gallons filled at the pump? I have let it go as low as 11.4 gallons to fill. Can't wait to take a road trip to see what I can average on the highway.

I drove a 04 Subaru WRX for about 4 years before this EVO and it had a bigger turbo pro tune and got about 5mpg more. My window sticker does say 16mpg city and 22 mpg hgwy

The digital display is REALLY optimistic about the mileage.
I use the trip odo and have been checking at fill-ups.
17MPG - period.
But it's Winter and I have under 6k on the car.

4ish km/l @ 230 - 240 km/h

98 litre for a 390 km trip LOL, still better than the SLK55AMG, but the Golf V GTI (2l engine too) gives me about 8km/l at the same speed.

Lately, w/aggressive driving & switching it into "sport" & "s-sport" for a while, I've averaged just over 17mpg - 90% city driving - calculated from receipts/fill up (not gauge)

what are you using? Cobb? With my old car gas mileage didn't really get worse when I was tuned. I can manage as long as gas prices stay where they are
