New purchase over the weekend.
1989 Toyota Landcruiser VX.
FJ62 Series, 4.0 L I6 3F petrol (FJ62)
Auto Transmission with overdrive.

Going back to old school bullet proof offroading with the family for camping and glamping trips.
Lockable front and rear diffs. Bulletproof.
No rust, low milage, stock, Great price. Deal.

Power upgrade last on the list. Got enough power to pull the jetboat already.
Doing a custom interior and sounds package first.
Then coat the body in matte dark grey 3M Vinyl, blacked wheels and nudgebar then might consider some power (maybe an old V8 Ls1)

Gosh you boys make me want to go out and find a clean, non rusty FJ and just dump truck loads of money into it. Really nice rigs guys.

My body isn't the best so yeah, its a go anywhere kind of vehicle when you could care less about scuffing/denting the paint. After the snow storm we had multiple trees tipped over our whole trail system. So just getting to hiking spots is a task on its own. Can only pull so many trees off the trail with a strap. (no winch yet)

The better of the Chinese brands but not quite a warn. 1/2 the cost though and should be good for atleast for a couple of hundred pulls. Haven't used it yet in the last 6 months so good insurance.
