California new laws. Will my car pass smog???

I just order Map manifold, Ets recirc, ets high flow cat, come to know Commifornia at it again with the exhaust modification laws. Now if your are caught with modified exhaust it’s $1,000 fine. Anyways you guys know this already, my question is with this set up and a tune will my car pass smog???

None of that would pass visual even before all this misinformed craziness.

The sound limit in California is 95 dBA for motor vehicles with a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating less than 6,000 pounds. How about all those factory exhausts with valve actuators such as those on mustangs and Mini coppers that are louder than 95 db?

Thanks for the replies, same thing has been going on for 30 years... your right nothing new here but scared me enough to cancel everything sep the intake 😭.
If intake isnt carb legal it too will make you fail smog instantly on visual. A tune will make you fail obd inspection specially if your rear o2 will be disabled (most likely will be due to the high flow cat). You need to ask your thner for that a patch that force passes all the emission monitors.
