Unhappy AEM Cold Air Intake fitment (intake scoop to box inlet)

The AEM Cold Air Intake seems to be fine, but my OEM air intake scoop seems to be loosely attached to the airbox inlet of the AEM box (Inlet whole is bigger than the stock). I have been wondering if this is just a problem for me, or is this common with all AEM Intake setup. The intake scoop is not snug-fit with the box, causing a slight leak in that area.

Thinking about sealing the connection of the intake scoop and the airbox inlet with a superglue or something. :l . Please if you have any suggestions to fix this,or have the same problem please let me know. Appreciate it! Thank you.

Everything is installed correctly. Its the fitment I am talking about. OEM Intake scoop + the AEM box = not snug fit together.
