Question about ENGINE KNOCK. PLEASE!

Okay first off, i have a 2010 Evo X GSR. Mods:
MAPerformance o2 downpipe
OBX test pipe
Greddy single exit catback
AMS Intake
Ultimate Racing UICP
Cobb Stage 2 LWG map
Comp Stage 3 Clutch & Lightweight Flywheel
MAPerformance CMC

I know what matters most is knock at WOT but im wondering is a lot of knock while cruising normal? Monitoring "Knock Sum", sometimes i'll get just 1 count during a normal ride but other times it'll get up to 6,7,8? once i even hit 16. KEEP IN MIND this is in 5th gear, mostly when the car goes into slight boost while going up a hill. sometimes when just normal cruising. please help is this normal.???

Cobb is inaccurate, you'll need to do 3rd gear pulls and log and look at your logs for knock.

Our cars also get ghost knock which is normal.

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, john and his friend sally both spotted a dalmatian inside a truck with sirens, headed to put out a fire. State what the 2x4 is made of.
