Certainly smoking something there:

Quote:
The team makes some bold claims. The product allows users to charge a 60kWh EV battery pack with 119 miles of range in 15 minutes as compared to 15 miles in 15 minutes today. "The technology works with off-the-shelf lithium ion batteries and existing fast charge infrastructure by integrating via a patented self-contained adapter on a car charge port," writes the team. They demonstrated their product at CES this year.
Using a current Tesla Supercharger (120 Kw) I added 118 miles of range in 19 minutes. So their claim of 115 miles in 15 minutes is certainly nothing extraordinary.

My Tesla Model 3 will accept 480 VDC at up to 525 Amps without modifications. Unfortunately there aren't any chargers currently available that provide that much power. But the next gen L3 chargers are soon to have 350Kw capacity.

The part that reads:
Quote:
...as compared to 15 miles in 15 minutes today.
refers to Level 2 AC chargers (240 VAC, 32-40 amps) - which is what most folks use for home charging.
