Smile Not Clutch Slip it actually needed new Tran Fluid.

Hello All-
I have a 2011 MR with 74K
About the last 6 months i have been getting pronounced clutch slip at around 2900 RPM especially when going up a hill, various other RPM's i would get a wobble/slip in the Tach. I was pretty damn certain i was losing a clutch/transmission due to over reving a few times when cold or just due to age of the Tran. Decided to throw a hail mary and get the Tran Fluid changed out/filter. >$550. Guess what that was pretty much it. Last change was 33K miles. So anyway if you think you are getting clutch slip (and i did see the post the other day on the clutch slip readout program) then MAYBE/Hopefully it is just in need of new Trans fluid. GL!

Thanks for sharing . I'm surprised you did not changed it earlier.
