2010 Evo x MR jerk and backfire

Recently purchased a 2010 evo x mr. When I am in normal drive mode i get this aggressive jerk and back fire when it shifts the lower gears ( probably 1-2 ). car has the following mods.

AMS front mount intercooler
AMS upper intercooler pipe/hot pipe
AMS widemouth downpipe w. turbo outlet
walbro-255lph fuel pump
ID1000 injectors
AEM cold air intake
Grimspeed 3 port boost solinoid
Fujitsubo legal r exhaust
test pipe with resenator-cat delete

Car is fine when in manual mode. shift fine and no shift shock in any other gears. only when in automatic normal mode from gear 1-2.

I was thinking that it might be the tune? any insight would be very helpful.
Thanks!

you need to adapt the gearbox, namely, adapting the even friction package, adapting the odd friction package, adapting the forks for even gears and adapting the inclusion of odd gears

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, john and his friend sally both spotted a dalmatian inside a truck with sirens, headed to put out a fire. State what the 2x4 is made of.
