Why did you not Replace the OEM battery with a Lithium Battery?
Woud be mutch lighter

I wanted to retain the venting port.


Swapped out hardware for Black.

It actually cutdown on wind noise substantially.


They are bolt on, no drilling required.


Giving Carbon Kevlar Spark Plug Cover a try.

Swapped out Girodisc S/S "Orange" Front & Rear Pads, for Girodisc Magic "Black" Front & Rear Pads.


S/S pads had amazing stopping power but I just got tired of the brake squeal since I would never get the pads hot enough for optimal temps.

(Pads were bed in properly)

In addition they're very aggressive pad that takes off a substantial amount of compound from the rotors. Thus, your rotors will not last that long.



Magic pads are subpar stopping power nowhere near S/S but, no brake squeal in any condition and not harsh on rotors.
