Definitely the first remotely bad thing to be said about rexpeed. I'm sure there's a rational explanation for it all. I'm not trying to sound like a jerk but it's probably not the best to have your first few posts to be openly speaking unfavorably about a reputable vendor. I'd suggest PM-ing Rexpped personally on here as they are fairly active. As stated before, I dont want to sound like a dick. Good luck and I hope it all gets sorted out.

I have ordered stuff from rexsped.. and sometimes they do forget to update you on products and if it was shipped.. I was about to call them about my VG since I haven't got any updates in like 4 days! then all of a sudden I received it the same day!!! they do get a butt load of orders ... hopefully they will get it sorted out for you!

I ordered something from them and 4 days later it was on my door step. Just PM them to get it squared away. Oh, not only is this the wrong section to be posting this in but its spelled Rexpeed

Have you tried contacting Rexpeed through PMs on this site? Derek (I believe) is on here fairly often, so it's worth a shot. I have also yet to hear anything bad about Rexpeed. The few shipping discrepancies I have heard about were taken care of promptly. Just try sending a PM.

Also, are you located in the US or another country, such as Canada? If Canada, my experience when shipping up there has been inconsistent. It can take 6 days - about 2 weeks, depending on customs, without solid tracking.

actually rexpeed ships china, and it's quicker to get EMS in canada then USPS. Which is odd, either way rexpeed has amazing customer service Derek will get you squared away this I'm sure of.

Also because it's china they are a day a head so friday night is sat for them, if you emailed him friday morn till now you won't hear from him till at least tonight which is there monday morn. Normally I get emails from him around 10pm MSTish.
