So I sent out my tcase to Jacks and they told me the overall condition of my tcase was good. They also added that they upgraded the internals but I'm hoping this fixes my gear whine. If not then I dont know anymore...I'll just have to pray this work I'll post again after I install and test it out

I wouldn't call it a waste if you're keeping the car a while. The Tcase is definitely a weak point in our drivetrains and Jacks does quite a bit to beef them up.

Ok after installing my new rebuilt t-case the noise is still there FML!!! I can describe it as a metallic sounding howl starting from 1st and increases all the way to 5th where it is so unbearably loud. It is louder than my TBE. It only happens under acceleration, once I let off it goes away until low speeds then comes back. I have emailed Jacks about this and they said it could be my diff pins backing out and rubbing against my trans case. I would have to send my transmission back to get rebuilt which is more money I don't have. I'm at a lost as to what the problem is and I would appreciate some help before I blow some more money

Have a tuner in town? Maybe having it on a dyno with a couple people outside of the car listening could narrow it down. Maybe not, though...it's sometimes hard to tell where sounds are coming from.

Unfortunately the closet tuner is AWD which is 6 hours away. But it sounds like its coming from the left side of the car. Shoot even the dealership was having a hard time diagnosing the problem and all they could come up with is a new driveshaft.
