Should I remove the clutch pill?

I drag race my Evo quite regularly, it currently has 2,000 miles with the stock clutch. I have around 370wtq, my problem at the strip is I can't cut any better than a 1.7 60ft. Every run, I can smell my clutch after I pop the hood.

My question is, will removing the clutch pill help me launch better?

If I remove it, will I have a much greater chance of breaking drivetrain parts?

That an a twin plate will help. Saw an Evo 9 launch with twin plate, I was jealous to say the least.

That would be nice, but I want to keep it on the stock clutch for now.
