I had this problem once and it was an exhaust issue as well. After rigorous tuning and engine flexing... check it out..could be a rubber that got loose etc..

I had 2 other issues with my exhaust, one was the turbo chimney rattling on the downpipe and the other was the test pipe hitting the driveshaft heat shield nut, but only after the rubber hangers got warmed up.

im starting to think it is exhaust related. keep hearing it over bumps. sounds like a metal on metal contact. I'll probably get under the car sometime in the next couple days and see if i can spot the area. Just confused why this happened right after my tune? Hopefully its something simple and not a more serious drivetrain issue.

i know that this thread is way dead, but if you have not figured it out, check where your control arm goes into the subframe. That bolt/nut may need to be tightened. this happened to me recently and it was driving me nuts.

it will probably be your exhaust knocking on the rear right axel/swing arm. I had it.
