Well I have a 2.2L with a GTX3576R Gen 2 and I use an Exedy twin specifically this model: MM062SDF.

The reason I got that one is because it's an SD plate with organic sprung center disk, it feels like stock it makes less chattering noises than a metal disk and according to Exedy it holds 553 lb-ft.
