Out of the 200+ Version 2's that we've sold we've had a very small percentage with issues. Now by NO means do we at SSP think this is acceptable, and we have been doing everything in our power to resolve any and all issues customers are having.

If any customer are having issues please do not hesitate to call.

That's what some of the problem is....and this is what I mean by that. I've honestly had people that have done some pretty interesting things to the MC trying to get it installed, and have damaged various parts and so on. Now this isn't saying that some customers aren't doing everything correct, and still having an issue. I'm just saying it's extremely hard for us at SSP to discern who installed it correctly, or who didn't while over the phone.

With that said, the symptoms of a failing seal are pretty much the same as if they don't bleed it all the way. And unless you see the obvious grey fluid then it's hard to tell if they installed it right, bleed the system correctly, or if the seal is torn.

It seems like SSP are good people and are trying to take care of everyone that has experienced issues, but honestly it makes me a little wary to try out their CMC.

We are good people, but I totally understand where you're coming from. We have a pretty big line up of parts for Mitsu, Nissan, VW, BMW, and Audi and this MC has been the only part we've ever had issues with. Like I said before, we stand behind what we make 100% and will not rest until this MC issue is fixed once and for all.
