Sounds like a trade in swap
. Like someone traded a older Evo and took the newer wheel.

Lately, every time I go for a drive, I can feel and see the leather coming off on my hands...smh

RedLineGoods.com

Can make you're steering wheel better for cheaper than buying a new one. It's like $130 plus shipping.

I actually just wiped mine down with some armor all, it was a bit dirty and dusty and def helped it look much better, but it still looks a bit worn. havent had time to go to the dealer. I think Im just gonna have a friend wrap it for me in suede

I tried several remedies (olive oil/vinegar, Lexol, Chemical Guys, etc). Even went so far as to buff with a magic eraser and redye with some imported German dye. Nothing worked. I got immensely lucky and get a perforated leather wheel brand new for $180. Very similar to RedLine, but already done. I highly recommend recovering the wheel, as the stock leather is abysmal.

I keep coming back to this thread. I love the idea of redline products but hate certain photos I see. The cover looks a bit off on the inseam corners. Loose possibly.

But I still want something done. Anyone have personal shots to share?

Technically speaking, modding cars is a "waste of money." But here we all are. On a car forum. Modifying our cars
