Need help with rear suspension....

I'm currently having problems with the rear eccentric washer part#MN184102 on the driver side. The bolt keeps on breaking the tooth in the washer. I am lowered on Eibach springs and have factory wheels. I have no idea why this washer keeps on failing. I can't seem to find any solution for this. Would rear control arms fix this?

Do you have a picture for us? makes it a lot easier than looking up the part number
