So i got a 11 RA from someone for dirt cheap, the bay has a lot going on that im trying to return to stock (Or just replace) from this pic, where should i start? The car does run and drive pretty okay, needs lots of work of course tho

That upper intercooler pipe looks worse than stock. The intake is trash as well. Missing a battery tie down which is asking for trouble. That catch can doesn't look like it's installed correctly. The Evo X / Ralliart doesn't respond well to vent to atmosphere BOV/BPV unless it's been converted to MAP, which the continued existence of a MAF in your pic would lead me to believe is not the case.
The radiator shroud should be replaced as well. Either look for stock parts or start saving for quality aftermarket stuff.

Everything he said i agree with.. try to get a stock evo bov or ralliart, and go back to the stock intake the transmission will freakout with anything else. very expensive tranny. also change that fluid with some oem dude.
