2008 Mitsubishi EvoX MR (105k miles) Vehicle have been meticulously care for this car for the last 4-5 years that I've own this car. But regardless of how well a car is taken car of, it will still show some signs of wear/tear. Exterior will have some small dings but no dents. Interior leather/suede seats have no tears or cracks, no dash crack, and all radio/gps/mp3/electronics functional. I am selling this car because of life (2 young ones, house, work, and multiple cars). So over the time I've own this car, I only drove it for less than 10k miles. I specifically build this car with 1 main goal: Reliable power. So everything I've done to this car is with the thought that I want to be able to drive the car like it was meant to be driven (daily or spirited) without things blowing up. With that said...

The following mods have been done to the car:
-ETS Upper/lower intercooler pipes (black anodize)
-ETS 3.0'' Front Mount intercooler
-ETS intake kit with K&N filter
-Invidia 09+ EVO 10 One piece Downpipe and High Flow Cat Pipe
-HKS Super Turbo Exhaust - Evo X (Super Turbo Muffler：LANCER EVOLUTION X)
-GrimSpeed EBC 3 -Techna Fit Steal Braided Brake Line (4x)
-XXR Rims 18*9.75 Offset +33 (5x114.3)
-Pirelli tires with less than 5k miles on it.
-new MIT RelaySet (Fuses) -new StopTech Pads
-new StopTech Rotors (still have the 2 piece OEM rotors).
-Wearever E-brakes pad
-Transmission Rebuild with less than 5k miles from Jacks (complete rebuild with new everything).
-Cobb Access Port with 2 tunes (race and street). I specifically requested a safe tune for daily.
-Tuned for 300awhp/320torq. I specifically asked my tuner to not push the limit to get max HP/TQ. I wanted it to be safe, so that's why the numbers look low (I can show you the paperwork and video if requested)
-many more parts (cannot list them all) -All items have paperwork and receipt.
