I sit in traffic way to much and the stick just isnt good for that.. plus since i have most of the stock parts and less than 5000 miles i could get a good deal on the 2012.. but idk... think i would still end up losing to much on this idea..

Buy from anyone but them!! they are thief's!! horrible buying experience with them.. I walked up with money and hand..(in Full) and they wont even see me for almost Two hours.. i was really thinking about walking over to the Subie dealership, but They wont work with you at all..

I've had both. I traded my 2010 MR Touring (5k mi) for a 2011 GSR. I got discouraged with the SST after overheats at the track. I didn't want to get the cooler and have the possibility of it still happening and losing the warranty.
GSR is WAY more fun in every way EXCEPT in traffic. Also lost about $4k on the trade-in.

I don't know about the parts fitting. The other thing I didn't like about the SST was it seemed to have trouble finding the right gear if I was cruising in 6th and got into the throttle hard...unless your in sport or super-sport mode. Because of the gearing of the 5mt I feel like I'm always near the torque if I need it. But, yesterday I was cruising a little over 80 and I was revving 4k rpm. So that aspect kinda sucks.
