I so need to start doing weights again. Since I started back to school, my workout schedule has died and work is too hectic to skip out at lunch time. My one "bright spot is that I've only gone up 2 lbs since March when school started and I was only 6 lbs. from my goal weight then.

After reading this, I modified my diet and eating habits slightly. 5lbs in a week gone, and I feel well. Tis not BS.
