having the same issue, but my car idles. i get the same code but it doesn't do anything over 20mph.

i'm getting retuned in 2 weeks, so hopefully they can get it handled.

i was able to get mine sorted, my problem was that the motor was not connecting to the tps properly.

so the only black plastic piece needs to be swapped over. you'll need a t25 screw driver. i only did this because when i swapped the motors as well, that is when i had the connectivity issues. make sure everything is properly seated. start the car and let it idle to sort itself out

aha - swapped over the black plastic piece from the old TB to the new one and all is well. thanks!
