It is good shape...only thing wrong is the small clip that help attach the line to the access port broke off. (its kind of like the clip that help the phone line stay in the wall). But the line still plugs in fine and holds without this small plastic piece. I used it for 1 year and didnt even notice it was broke. It still attaches fine and works perfect the clip was only there to prevent it (Accessport) from falling off if you carry it around by just the cord. I sold my EvoX last year and still have this sitting around. It is ready to go for any EvoX
