I have come into some money for my next mod. I have about $1000 =)
I have been really considering the Agency power cat back exhaust w/ a cat delete. but recently i have been reading about the COBB AP and that you can run the stage 2 maps without an aftermarket exhaust. Any advice on what i should be looking into? I have an open mind so shoot some suggestions my way on what you would do to your EVO X with a stack...

Current mods:
Injen intake w/ UCIP,
HKS BOV,
WORKS short shifter,
Exedy stage 3 clutch(long story lol),
and acouple vanity mods.

Definitely exhaust, depending on what you go with if you have room left over then a High flow cat or test pipe and you will be smiling ear to ear. I would be more than happy to quote you out on a few options, including the Agency Power you're into :)

If you are not into the bling seen but want performance I would do:

1. Magnaflow Catback - $425.00
2. Ichiba Testpipe - $125.00
3. Grimspeed EBC - $110.00

So that has you at $660.00 in parts. Which leaves you enough for a custom tune. I recommend:

Devintuned, Clipse3gt, Razorlab

I would recommend Recirculating the HKS Blow Off Valve though.

Cobb is cool if you have it. Just get a Protune for the best results.

Cheers,

Where can you find the magnaflow catback for 425?

I think it depends on what your ongoing goals & budget are. Are you planning to continue modding? Or are you trying to make the most our of your $1k and not sure if/when you'll be doing more?

your 1k could get you just an expensive exhaust or it could get you a bunch of parts and a tune

you should def think about getting a clutch master cylinder upgrade

what about gauges? or you could get a set of xxr's or rot as with tires for approx $1k

there are way too many options to make suggestions with such limited info, the most power for the buck would probably be what RREVO suggested.

I second the master cylinder upgrade. It is so much nicer driving my car knowing the CMC isn't going to leave me stranded. Magnus FTW!
