Sat nav will work u just need the updated navigation software. U can download it via BitTorrent or pick up the updated navi at a Mitsubishi dealer.
To answear your question = no you can't change your system settings with aftermarket nav units.

Im taking out the OEM navi player in my 2008 GSR
Wondering if there are any other players that will work with the EVO's computer so that i can still change the settings etc ( whipers etc etc )
Im taking it out because i've imported the car to Norway, and the sat-nav doesnt work over here. Selling the OEM player to the highest bidder
