Bluetooth - phone connects but can't hear

2011 Evo w/Rockford Fosgate head unit. Bluetooth paired with Android phone. No issues for the first month. Now the phone connects (pairs) I can hear the caller, but they can't hear me. At first I thought there might be an issue with the mic on my end however the voice recognition works fine. Any ideas?
