I'm thinking of getting a boost gauge. From reading about them here it seems Defi is a pretty good one. I've also seen some sort of Defi controller which apparently let's you connect about 4 different Defi gauges. If I were to get the Defi gauge do I have to get that controller or can I just install the single boost gauge? I want to be able to install a manuel boost controller eventually this is why I want the boost gauge. Those gauges do not require the controller, according to the warehouse.

Great, now all I need is a DIY so that I can wire this thing correctly. Are these things hard to install?

They are very very easy. Just pop in a t-valve in a vacuum line. The hardest part is running the tube from the t-valve to the cabin, I ran mine through the wiring harness, twas a pain for sure, but past that it is very easy.
