Borla Exhaust & Test Pipe

Hey guys. I have a 2014 Evo X GSR. I've been trying to find some info on a test pipe install with the Borla exhaust. I know the Borla exhaust is 2.75" and the test pipe I want to install is 3". Will they bolt right up to one another or will I need some special adapter or gasket? I appreciate any help/input. Thanks
