So I've noticed this high pitch sound for a couple months now. At first thought it was the T Case death whine but it would go away when I hit the breaks. I was cleaning the calipers today and saw this.

Can I just push it back in or do I need to take them off? Rotor looks ok, think I'll have any issues?

Make sure BOTH pins are actually going through the guide holes in the top of BOTH brake pads at that wheel. Then come back and give me a hug since I found your problem.

okay so looked an pins are in place. Allllso noticed the drivers side pad is sliding out. This one is on the bottom side of the pad. Going to Kaizen thursday.
Are the little tabs on the brake pads that the guide pins go through still there, intact and have the pins going through them??

The little circles up top shown here:

you know i was wondering because i have the same sound, i just went to check my pads and they look the same as your picture. The sound goes away once you hit the brakes, but the sound is not all the time.
